About the role
Ramsbury Primary School is an Outstanding village primary school and a government-designated English Hub, supporting schools across Wiltshire, Swindon, Dorset and the Cotswolds to strengthen early reading and literacy.
We are seeking a Head Teacher who will:
1. provide clear strategic leadership and build on the school’s strengths to deliver the next phase of development;
2. secure consistently high-quality teaching and learning across the curriculum;
3. lead the school’s day-to-day operations effectively, working in partnership with pupils, staff, parents, governors and the wider community;
4. provide strategic oversight and professional leadership to the English Hub, ensuring effective support for schools across the region.
