As we continue expanding our fulfilment and B2B delivery services, we are looking for a driven and ambitious Business Development Manager to join our team in Yeovil.
Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive salesperson who can identify opportunities, build relationships with business owners and convert leads into long-term clients.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role with excellent earning potential and clear progression opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
* Prospect and generate new B2B leads
* Sell fulfilment solutions to ecommerce companies
* Acquire clients for courier, pallet and B2B delivery services
* Book and attend meetings with potential clients
* Prepare quotes, proposals and follow-ups
* Build and manage a sales pipeline
* Maintain CRM records and provide weekly activity updates
* Work closely with operations to ensure successful onboarding
Candidate Requirements
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Experience in logistics / fulfilment (preferred but not required)
* Self-motivated and target-driven
* Confident interacting with business owners
* Full UK driving licence
