* Manage your own caseload of defendant clinical negligence matters, suited to your level of experience.
\n\t
* Support senior solicitors on complex and high-value claims.
\n\t
* Draft pleadings, witness statements, and instructions to counsel.
\n\t
* Liaise with clients, medical experts, and barristers to progress cases efficiently.
\n\t
* Provide clear, practical advice and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients.
\n\n\n
About You
\n\n
\n\t
* Qualified Solicitor (0–5 years PQE) – NQ applications with relevant experience welcomed.
\n\t
* Experience in defendant clinical negligence work, or strong claimant experience with an interest in moving to defendant practice.
\n\t
* Strong communication, organisation, and teamwork skills.
\n\t
* Confident managing a busy caseload and meeting deadlines.
\n\n\n
