Your new role
1. Managing the onboarding of new contractors, ensuring all documentation meetspliance requirements
2. Ongoing contractor management, includingpliance checks and investigation of any breaches
3. Coordinating global contractor mobilisations, including contracts, visas, work permits, immigration requirements, travel, amodation, and tax considerations
4. Ordering and maintaining records of PPE, and organising contractor training
5. Supporting the onboarding of new clients to ensure adherence to internal processes
6. Conducting regular internal audits to maintainpliance standards
7. Assisting the Finance team with invoicing for contract work and associated costings
8. Coordinating travel bookings and mobilisations for contractors
9. Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing suppliers
10. Producing accurate reports using data from the CRM system
