Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for teaching. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality swimming lessons to individuals of all ages and skill levels, ensuring a safe and enjoyable learning environment.
Responsibilities
* Conduct swimming lessons for various age groups and skill levels, from beginners to advanced swimmers.
* Develop tailored lesson plans that cater to the individual needs of each student.
* Ensure the safety of all participants by enforcing pool rules and regulations.
* Monitor students' progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their swimming skills.
* Maintain a clean and organised pool area, ensuring all equipment is in good condition.
* Communicate effectively with students and their guardians regarding progress and any concerns.
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance teaching skills.
Skills
* Strong teaching skills with the ability to engage and motivate students of all ages.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey instructions.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail, ensuring lessons are well-planned and executed.

Pay: £20.00-£21.50 per hour
