Job Description
* Manage office operations and procedures to ensure organisational effectiveness and efficiency.
* Provide executive assistance to senior leadership, including diary management and coordination of meetings.
* Manage relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure all items are invoiced and paid on time.
* Develop and implement office policies and procedures.
* Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
* Organise office operations and procedures, ensuring adherence to company policies.
* Collaborate with team members across the company, fostering a positive work environment.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Office Manager/Exec Assistant should have:
* A strong understanding of Secretarial and Business Support functions.
* Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Capability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Competency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software.
