The role
- Spray large panels of paint
- Clean and seal large units
- Work to a high standard of quality
- Support the team to meet production targets
- Keep work area clean and organised
What we are looking for
- Experience in spraying large-scale metal items, ideally similar to large steel containers
- Understanding of COSHH and paint data sheets
- Good knowledge of paint specs and mixing ratios – hardeners, thinners, etc.
- Ability to quality check before and after spray
- Ability to attain a high-quality finish using air-assisted spray system, with occasional use of airless system
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable, positive attitude and strong teamwork
