The postholder will manage and coordinate the Housing Benefit Team and wider Revenues, Benefits and Customer Contact service, to enable effective delivery of service aims and agreed targets, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, good practice, corporate and service objectives Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and develop the Housing Benefits team to ensure delivery of high-quality, compliant, and customer-focused services aligned to performance targets. Monitor, analyse, and report on service performance, implementing improvements and corrective actions to meet statutory and corporate objectives.
