The role
We are currently recruiting for a HGV Jetting Assistant to join our team in Stafford, you will be working closely with the HGV Jetting Operative to carry out high pressure jetting. About the role: Salary: £13.50 per hour Location: Stafford Hours: 47.5 hours per week Mon-Fri with some weekends required Weekly pay What we offer: 21 days plus bank holidays Pension Death in Service Training and progression Opportunities Responsibilities: Assist the HGV jetting operator in setting up and operating high-pressure water jetting equipment. Operating machinery and tools safely. Carry out inspections & identify possible blockages, leaks and resolve the issues. Updating and completing site documentation using electronic tablet Ensure all works are carried out in line with approved method statements and safe system of work and follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment and report any issues. Maintain equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working condition. Wearing and maintaining any Personal Protective Equipment provided for your protection at all times. Experience and Qualifications: Full UK driving license, with no more than 6 penalty points Training will be provided on: Water Jetting Association Red or blue book, Banksman, NRSWA, EUSR National Water Hygiene, Medium risk confined space.
