This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Chef De Partie to join a kitchen that truly celebrates the best of British produce, with a strong focus on hyper-local sourcing and homegrown ingredients. Menus evolve daily, driven by what’s in season and what’s at its absolute best.

1. £16.70 per hour including tronc

Responsibilities as a Chef De Partie…
9. Taking ownership of your section and delivering consistently high-quality dishes
10. Working closely with the team to create menus inspired by seasonal and locally sourced ingredients
11. Supporting across different sections to build a well-rounded kitchen experience
12. Playing a key role in mentoring and guiding junior chefs and apprentices
13. Maintaining excellent standards of hygiene, organisation, and food safety
