HOURS: 37.5 hours per week
Mon – Fri 9-5

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a tangible difference in the lives of individuals who require specialised support with housing and additional complex needs (mental health, addictions, homelessness).

Preferred Requirements:
Manage a caseload of clients with complex needs, providing 1:1 support at least once a week.
Developing and facilitating groups and activities for clients.
Collaboratively developing support plans and working creatively with clients.
Helping clients to develop new skills and regain independence, as well as support with social inclusion.
Maximise services users income, reduce debt, and support to manage finances.
Supporting the housing team through building compliance checks i.e. health & safety, fire, and water.
Preferred Qualifications:
Relevant qualifications or certifications in social care, mental health, or a related field.
Previous experience working in a supported housing or similar community-based setting.
A commitment to ongoing professional development and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
