* Supporting departmental displays, exhibitions, and enrichment opportunities
* Contributing to whole-school initiatives and academic improvement
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* A degree in Art, Fine Art, or a related subject
* Proven experience teaching Art at secondary level
* A strong track record of excellent classroom practice and pupil progress
* Experience supporting departmental initiatives or readiness to step into leadership
* High expectations for pupil engagement, creativity, and achievement
