The Physiotherapist is a Band 6 member of the multidisciplinary team, providing holistic, person-centred care. The role includes assessing, planning, and delivering specialist physiotherapy. Key responsibilities are acting as a resource for best practice, mentoring colleagues, and contributing to quality improvement and team learning, all while maintaining a compassionate and professional approach. Significant post-qualification experience in clinical environments, including therapeutic, interventional, and supportive treatments. Ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate person-centred physiotherapy care for people receiving end of life care. Strong communication skills, able to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams and support patients, families, and colleagues.
