Job Title: Experienced Maintenance Personnel
We are recruiting for skilled and reliable Maintenance people to join our team on a busy highland estate. The ideal candidates will have broad experience across multiple trades and be confident handling both planned and reactive maintenance tasks. Previous experience working within a hospital or hotel maintenance teams preferred but not essential.
Key Responsibilities:

* Carry out maintenance, repair, and improvement works across our estate.
* Diagnose and resolve issues related to:
o
o Plumbing
o Electrical systems
o Building management systems (BMS)
o Engineering and ventilation equipment
o Painting, decorating, and general building upkeep
* Prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively to ensure smooth operations.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues, contractors, and management.
* Maintain a safe and tidy working environment in compliance with health and safety standards.
Desirable Skills & Requirements:
*
* Proven experience in maintenance roles covering plumbing, electrical, general building services and private water supplies.
* Strong knowledge of engineering and building management systems.
* Good organisational skills with the ability to manage time and workload effectively.
* Excellent communication skills and a strong team player.
* Ability to interact well with colleagues, contractors, and our guests.
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritise urgent repairs.
* Full, valid driver’s licence (essential).
