SME Broker Solutions Specialist - Salary circa £28,000 (depending on skills and experience) Closing date: 4th March, 2026 This is a great job for someone who enjoys helping people solve problems and wants to build strong working relationships with brokers. You might be new to Group Protection or already have experience in customer or broker support. If you have strong telephony skills, enjoy delivering great customer service, and love using digital tools and helping others feel confident using them too, this role will suit you well. A bit about the job: This role sits at the heart of how we support SME brokers across our Group Protection products. The focus is on guiding brokers through queries, digital tools and day-to-day challenges in a clear and supportive way whether over the phone, via email, or through our digital channels. A big part of the job is encouraging digital adoption and helping brokers feel confident using our platform. You'll often be the first point of contact on the phone, so creating a positive, efficient and professional experience is key. Success in this role means keeping conversations moving, spotting opportunities to help, and making sure brokers always know where to turn. Skills and experience we're looking for: Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong telephony capability. Proven customer service experience, ideally within support, service, or contact-centre environments. Ability to build positive working relationships with colleagues and brokers. Confident using digital tools and supporting others to use them effectively. Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
