A respected and well-established Manchester-based Real Estate team is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Solicitor (4+ PQE) to join at Associate or Senior Associate level.

Diverse range of commercial property work for equally varied range of clients
The successful candidate will advise on a wide range of commercial property matters, including:
* Development and investment transactions
* Portfolio and asset management work
* Landlord and tenant matters
* Sector-specific and strategic property projects
Clients include national and regional developers, real estate investors, infrastructure and telecoms providers, and leisure and retail operators.
Solicitors are given a high degree of autonomy and responsibility, with direct client contact from an early stage, supported by experienced commercial real estate Partners.
Who the Partners are looking for
Applicants should have:
* Qualification as a Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 4 years’ PQE
* Strong experience in mainstream commercial real estate work
* Excellent client-handling and communication skills
* A commercial and collaborative approach
* A genuine interest in developing long-term client relationships
