The Role:
As a UKS2 Teacher, you will:

Plan and deliver engaging, challenging lessons that meet the needs of all learners across the Year 5 or Year 6 curriculum
*
Prepare pupils for end-of-key-stage assessments while nurturing critical thinking, independence, and self-esteem
*
Use formative and summative assessment to monitor progress and inform teaching
*
Build strong, positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
*
Contribute to a team-focused approach through collaboration with your year group partner and wider KS2 colleagues
*
Promote high expectations of behaviour and learning in a supportive and structured environment
What We’re Looking For:
*
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in KS2, preferably Upper Key Stage 2
*
Sound knowledge of the UKS2 curriculum, including preparation for SATs (particularly for Year 6)
*
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
*
Excellent communication, organisation, and reflective teaching practice
*
A commitment to inclusive education and helping every child achieve their potential
