We are a busy Managed IT service provider and we are now looking for a Senior IT Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of Windows Servers, Azure, SharePoint, Exchange Online, and Networking. They must reside in Scotland and be prepared to make onsite visits to clients in the region, especially around Fife. The position is initially part-time, but there is potential for it to become full-time later.
Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support to clients, both remotely and onsite
* Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and infrastructure
* Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
* Manage and maintain cloud-based solutions, including Azure and Exchange Online
* Manage and maintain SharePoint sites
* Ensure network security and data protection
* Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems and processes
Requirements:
* Advanced knowledge of Windows Servers, Azure, SharePoint, Exchange Online, and Networking
* Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Valid driving license and own vehicle
