Contact Centre Telephonists & Switchboard Operators provide prompt, professional and accurate information, and accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behaviour is a must. The Role As a Contact Centre Telephonist and Switchboard Operator with XPS you will be customer facing: Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner Identify customers needs and provide solutions and/or alternatives Record all conversations in a database Provide first class customer service Meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets Your profile We are looking for an individual with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills who wants to be part of this exciting period of growth.
