What you’ll be doing… Plan, prepare, cook, and present up to 250 high-quality meals that meet nutritional guidelines for primary-aged children Cater for special dietary requirements and allergies, ensuring strict allergen management procedures are followed Motivating and managing our talented team of 3 colleagues, allocating duties and ensuring effective teamwork Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food hygiene, and health & safety at all times Ensure compliance with all relevant food safety legislation, policies, and school procedures Manage stock control, ordering, storage, and rotation to minimise waste and control costs Accountable for ensuring ongoing team communications, including building internal and external relationships, management reporting and client liaison to enable operational excellence Working Pattern: Monday - Friday | 8:00am - 3:00pm | 35 Hours Per Week | Term Time Only What can you bring?
