Job Overview
Assisting the Team Leader in the day to day management of large commercial clients and any other nominated clients. Contributing to the running and management of Divisional initiatives and one-off projects as required.
Main Duties
* Pro-actively dealing with/progressing any appropriate matters that may arise in the Team
* Leaders absence
* Organising and keeping an effective client management system
* Responsibility for ensuring deadlines managed and achieved
* Precedent Supervisor - setting up and maintaining specific client precedents and managing
* Maintaining and updating client extranets
* Creating and updating specific client reports
* Setting up and maintaining specific client precedents and managing client specific knowhow information as required
* Creating and updating comprehensive manuals detailing specific procedures
Experience
* Experience within a legal environment
* Years of experience to match the requirements of the particular position
* Accustomed to dealing with external clients, partners and fee earners at all levels in person and on the telephone as appropriate to the level of the post
* Accustomed to delivering work to deadlines
* Accustomed to working without close supervision
* Ability to demonstrate confidentiality and integrity
