This is a client-facing role offering close mentorship from a Legal 500-listed Partner, high-quality work and genuine long-term career progression. You will manage a varied caseload, with a particular emphasis on property litigation and insolvency-related disputes. Typical matters include landlord and tenant issues, dilapidations, restrictive covenants, rights of way, enforcement & recovery proceedings and creditor or receiver disputes arising from insolvency. You will also have scope to work on commercial contract, professional negligence and wider business disputes. Key Responsibilities Handle your own caseload across property and commercial litigation, including insolvency-related matters Draft pleadings, witness statements, enforcement documents and settlement agreements Attend hearings, mediations and client meetings; represent clients before courts and tribunals Build and maintain strong client relationships, supporting the firm's business development initiatives About You Qualified Solicitor with around 4 years' PQE in commercial or property litigation Proven track record of high billing and client relationship management Experience or strong interest in insolvency litigation (creditor enforcement, administration, receivership, or recovery work) Commercially minded, confident advocate with strong drafting and analytical skills Comfortable advising corporates, developers, landlords, investors and charities This is a rare opportunity to join a respected regional firm where you can take ownership of a high-quality caseload, enjoy autonomy and develop under the guidance of leading practitioners.
