The role involves managing reception duties with professionalism, ensuring the office runs seamlessly, supporting high-profile meetings and events, overseeing office supplies, coordinating mail and facilities maintenance, and assisting with event planning and catering.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with reception, PA, or administrative experience in a luxury 5-star or professional services environment, looking to expand into PA and event management responsibilities. You will gain valuable exposure supporting a team of Associates, managing calendars, travel arrangements, and expenses.
