Reed Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for a Fire Alarm Installation Engineer on behalf of our client
The successful candidate will join a growing specialist team operating across Northern Ireland and Ireland. The role involves installing and servicing a wide range of systems, including fire alarms, aspirating systems, disabled refuge, nurse call, toilet alarms, and emergency lighting.
This role is suited to a proactive team player who is ready to contribute to company goals and start as soon as possible.
Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday–Friday (with optional overtime available).Salary: £28,000–£35,000 depending on experience.

Role Duties
* Install fire detection, aspirating systems, emergency lighting, monitoring, disabled refuge, toilet alarms, and nurse call systems
* Carry out ongoing and reactive maintenance
* Support customers and internal teams when required
* Follow company Health & Safety guidelines
Requirements
* Experience troubleshooting and maintaining fire detection and alarm systems
* Experience in commercial or construction environments
* Knowledge of systems from manufacturers such as Ampac, Kentec, Advanced Electronics, xsngvjr Gent, Hochiki, Apollo, Vesda, Airsense, Honeywell, Wagner, Quantec, Ctec, or Baldwin & Boxall (desirable)
* Basic programming capabilities beneficial
* City & Guilds 236 Parts 1&2 or equivalent (advantageous)
* 17th/18th Edition qualification (desirable)
* Strong commitment to health & safety
* Full UK driving licence
