The Marketing Program Manager (MPM) (m/f/d) plans, designs, and implements all marketing programs with primary support for the ACG business, focusing on Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV), specifically in relation to product lines such as Lab Automation, Lab Informatics, Connect and Attach Programs, and the customer segment “Life Sciences and Research.”
In this position, you effectively design regional EMEA marketing programs and implement the global marketing strategy. You will develop business cases to select appropriate tactics with EMEA countries and report program success to the EMEA and global organizations. Collaborating with the global MPM team, Marcom team, and WW product management, you oversee outbound aspects of regional new product launches and manage the services and support portfolio throughout the product lifecycle, including up- and cross-sell opportunities.
On the business development side, you own market sensing for assigned segments within EMEA. You also develop and share business intelligence to drive sales channel behavior, working closely with the Sales Leadership Team.
Responsibilities:
1. Accountable for a strong pipeline to drive order growth in EMEA.
2. Design effective regional marketing programs aligned with global strategies.
3. Leverage data analytics to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
4. Measure and evaluate the impact of marketing programs; implement corrective actions to meet objectives.
5. Collaborate with sales channels to analyze competitive and customer data, facilitating effective program development.
6. Serve as a single point of contact for sales channels and provide field insights to the WW Business Unit.
Success Measures:
1. Funnel and order performance.
2. Return on marketing investment (%).
3. Customer and account acquisition.
This position can be based anywhere in Europe where an Agilent entity exists, either remotely or near one of our offices.
Qualifications:
1. University degree in Chemistry, Biological Sciences, Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent.
2. Deep knowledge of the European analytical instrument markets; experience in enhancing customer lifetime value and customer journey support is a plus.
3. Proven experience in business development or field marketing.
4. Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to collaborate across hierarchical levels.
5. Track record in business development, marketing program design, or similar roles.
