We’re looking for a hands‑on CCTV Drainage Supervisor to lead field teams carrying out drainage inspections on the Welsh Water network. This is a site‑based role where you’ll be actively involved in daily operations—organising crews, ensuring job quality, and maintaining safety on the ground.
About the Role
* Salary: £15 per hour - £16.50 per hour depending on experience
* Location: Kinmel Bay
* Working hours: 45 hours per week

As a CCTV Drainage Supervisor, you will
* Lead CCTV survey teams on the ground—ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality inspections
* Operate and oversee the use of CCTV equipment for foul and surface water drains
* Monitor site conditions and ensure RAMS are followed at all times
* Act as the first point of contact for site issues, including drainage emergencies or access problems
* Support the crew with technical challenges and step in when needed
* Review survey outputs (e.g., WinCan data) for accuracy and flag any quality issues
* Keep daily job sheets, risk assessments, and site reports up to date
* Make sure all tools and equipment are used safely and maintained properly
* Provide on‑site training, toolbox talks, and guidance to junior team members
About you
Essential
* Solid background in CCTV drainage surveying or jetting operations
* Previous team lead or site supervisory experience
* Familiar with WinCan and general drainage software/reporting tools
* Strong understanding of site‑based Health & Safety practices
* Full UK driving licence (maximum 6 penalty points)
* Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions and managing crews on busy sites
