The Role – Senior Executive Assistant
Wykes Engineering is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Head of Engineering. This is a dynamic role that requires excellent organisational skills and the ability to anticipate requirements and act with initiative.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide high-level, confidential administrative and business support to the Head of Engineering
• Act as the primary point of contact for our Head of Engineering, handling internal and external communications with professionalism and discretion
• Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents for executive review
• Support special projects and initiatives, including conducting research and managing timelines and stakeholders
• Oversee expenses, invoices, and other financial and administrative tasks
• Prepare meeting agendas, take and distribute minutes, and track follow-up actions
Required Skills and Experience
• Proven experience in a similar position
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with thorough attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and integrity
• Strong time-management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
