About this role
IPN's Receptionists provide a high standard of customer service and administration to patients and Doctors. Supporting the successful running of the centre the role includes:
* Greeting patients, answering telephone calls, patient triage and booking patient appointments
* Patient billing and payment collection
* Working as part of a team supporting the Practice Manager
Skills & experience
* Medical receptionist experience preferred
* Ability to develop quality working relationships
* Exceptional customer service, data entry and communication skills
* Proven multi-tasking, problem solving and time management skills
* Experience using Best Practice or other practice management software (highly desirable)
