Key Responsibilities:

* Handle client requests and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
* Perform routine patrols of the property and address any disturbances.
* Maintain front desk to ensure a welcoming environment.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and handle night shifts.
* A friendly and approachable demeanor.
