Whatwill you achieve
As a TalentAcquisition Specialist you will be responsible for managing theentire recruitment life cycle from understanding hiring needs toonboarding successfulcandidates.
DaytoDayDuties:
* Manage apipeline of recruitment needs ensuring timely fulfillment againstKPIs.
* Build and maintain effectiverelationships with internalstakeholders.
* Source and identify potentialcandidates through headhunting and otherchannels.
* Lead tailored recruitment campaignsto enhance Ground Controls visibility among sustainabilityprofessionals.
* Conduct the endtoend recruitmentprocess including briefing calls advertisement creation candidatesourcing interview processes job offers andonboarding.
* Cold contact source and siftcandidates to build a strong talentpool.
