Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annumWorking pattern: Monday to Friday 40 hours (7:30am - 4pm)Location: Denham, Uxbridge, UB9 5HJ
Key responsibilities:
* Lead the full site operation across both outlets (grab & go coffee shop + high-end restaurant)
* Oversee both front and back of house teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day service
* Deliver a high-quality food and customer experience in a premium workplace setting
* Manage team performance, rotas, and ongoing development
* Drive commercial performance, focusing on speed of service and efficiency
* Support the launch and growth of a flagship, multi-faceted site
* Build strong client relationships and ensure expectations are exceeded
* Maintain high standards across health & safety, hygiene, and compliance
Our Ideal Candidate:
* Background in fast-paced, high-quality environments (e.g. premium QSR like Leon)
* Commercially aware with a strong focus on service speed and quality
* Experience in workplace catering is a bonus, but not essential
* Adaptable and comfortable in a brand-new, evolving concept
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to grow teams
* Hands-on, proactive, and excited by a flagship opening
