Our client is offering the successful Lettings Valuer:

The Role
As a Lettings Valuer, you will play a key role in driving the success of the lettings department. Your responsibilities will include:
9. Providing expert advice to landlords to help them achieve the best possible return on their investment
10. Winning new instructions and converting valuations into listings and lets
11. Generating new business and identifying growth opportunities
12. Working closely with your team to market and showcase properties effectively
13. Building strong relationships with solicitors, lenders and other industry professionals
14. Supporting the Lettings Manager in motivating and driving team performance
15. Staying up to date with local market trends and legislation
