This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience supporting students on a 1:1 and small-group basis, while developing the skills needed for a future career in Education, Teaching, or Child Development.
The role of an English Graduate Teaching Assistant:
* Work closely with students aged 1118 who have a range of SEND needs, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, Speech & Language difficulties, and Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
* Provide 1:1 and small-group interventions, helping students overcome barriers to learning and achieve their potential.
* Support teachers in creating inclusive and engaging classroom environments.
* Monitor student progress and contribute to personalised learning plans.
* Collaborate with SENCOs, therapists, and support staff to ensure every child receives the care and guidance they need.

1. A 1st Class or 2:1 degree in English
