Responsibilities:
* Conduct assessment and develop individualized therapy plans for students.
* Lead small group sessions and provide one-on-one therapy to meet diverse needs.
* Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate therapy goals into the classroom.
* Monitor student progress and adjust therapy techniques as necessary.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions and outcomes.
Qualifications:
* Valid Physical Therapist License in Massachusetts.
* Experience in providing therapy in a school setting, particularly with Pre-K and elementary-age students.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and staff.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* Knowledge of special education regulations and practices is a plus.
