Marketing Manager - Hybrid Working
Job Specification:
We are seeking an experienced marketing professional to take ownership of our traditional print marketing activity across multiple brands. This role is ideal for someone with a well‑rounded marketing background, highly organized, and with strong attention to detail. Supporting our Head of Marketing, you will play a key role in planning, executing, and optimizing print campaigns, ensuring all activity is aligned with wider business objectives and delivers measurable results.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
* Help define the long‑term marketing strategy and recognize new opportunities
* Measure performance and KPIs to make informed decisions on marketing plans and activities
* Planning and budget management of national press and magazine campaigns
* Briefing & managing external agencies, design, and printing partners
* Make copywriting changes to print ads and customer communications
* Proofing and checking ad copy to meet deadlines
* Oversee the development, updates and reprints of brochures, sales support materials and marketing collateral across multiple trading brands
* Ensure all projects are delivered within budget and on time
Skills and Experience Required
* Previous experience in a similar role and lead generation marketing
* CRM data analysis
* Must have previously managed traditional marketing campaigns
* Good understanding of national press & magazine advertising
* Capable of making complex decisions and recommendations
* Strong communication skills
* Budget management
* Experience working with agencies or third‑party marketing suppliers
