What You Will Do
Deliver excellent customer service, building strong relationships with internal and external customers
Service fire devices safely and responsibly
Manage your territory and time effectively, prioritising jobs to ensure efficient completion
Work collaboratively with your team.
Work to tight deadlines
Service, maintain, and install fire alarm systems
Complete accurate engineer service reports
Identify and report system deficiencies or deviations
Maintain a strong Health & Safety focus, identifying risks and reporting concerns promptly
Aim to achieve a first-time fix wherever possible
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
Proven experience working with fire alarm systems
FIA training (or equivalent desirable)
Good IT skills
A solid understanding of workplace Health & Safety regulations
Ability to lift equipment and work at height
Strong customer‑focused approach
Motivation to earn and be rewarded for your effort
Exceptional communication skills
A full UK driving licence
