About the role At Xirgo Technologies, we design and deliver platforms, products, and solutions that power logistics, mobility, and industrial applications worldwide. We’re seeking a Program Manager to lead customer-facing programs, development initiatives, and strategic business projects that enable growth and innovation. Based in our Belfast office in Mallusk, you’ll work in a global, cross-functional environment. You’ll play a central role in driving execution and ensuring alignment between customer needs, product development, and business priorities Hybrid working will be available where work requirement allow. What you'll do Customer Program Delivery Support global based customers and programs, ensuring delivery alignment across engineering, product, and operations teams. Manage end-to-end delivery of customer integrations, platform deployments, and connected solution rollouts. Act as a bridge between internal teams and customer stakeholders to maintain clarity, pace, and quality. Product Development & Solution Programs Lead cross-functional development programs bringing new platforms, products, and solutions from concept to market launch. Manage key lifecycle milestones from prototype to pilot to market deployment ensuring technical and operational readiness. Support integration and onboarding activities for connected systems and cloud-based solutions. Strategic & Business Initiatives Deliver internal business improvement and transformation projects that enhance efficiency and scalability. Provide structure and visibility to leadership through dashboards, reviews, and progress updates. Program Governance & Communication Maintain structured governance, tracking progress, dependencies, and risks through dashboards and reports. Communicate program health, milestones, resource planning and key decisions across senior and executive stakeholders. Qualifications Required 4 years' experience in Program or Project Management within a technology, manufacturing, or solution-delivery environment. Experience managing cross-functional customer or development programs end-to-end. Strong collaboration skills with globally distributed teams across time zones. Experience supporting US customers. Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models and tools such as Jira and Confluence. Excellent communication, planning, and reporting skills. Preferred Background in IoT, connected devices, or platform-based technologies. Understanding of API integrations, cloud platforms, or enterprise (ERP/PLM) systems.
