Overview
Join to apply for the iSPA Practice Lead role at BROMLEY 'Y'. The post holder will work within the Bromley Integrated Single Point of Access (iSPA), delivered in partnership with Bromley CAMHS. The iSPA manages all referrals for children and young people with mental health and emotional wellbeing difficulties in Bromley. Your role within this team will focus on developing Clinical Practice within the iSPA and deputising for the iSPA managers to provide an efficient and effective service for children and young people.
Responsibilities
* Develop and oversee policies and procedures to ensure safe and consistent service delivery.
* Provide leadership to the designated multi-disciplinary team and line management responsibilities.
* Work closely with Bromley CAMHS and other partnership agencies to ensure CYP mental health services are delivered according to local objectives.
* Ensure services (iSPA and Bromley Y) are delivered in accordance with CYP IAPT principles.
* Facilitate iSPA group case supervision and support screening for complex referrals in line with team managers discussion.
* Support a seamless pathway between iSPA and Bromley Y, managing risk and safeguarding.
* Deliver specialist evidence based therapeutic interventions with a caseload of children and families, maintaining professional qualification.

* Experience in managing safeguarding and risk assessments.
* Ability to work with diverse backgrounds and ensure access to services for all.
