📍 Location: Office-based in lovely offices in Chandlers ford | ⏰ Hours: Mon–Fri, 08:30–17:30

As part of a close-knit and experienced support team, you’ll play a key role in helping clients resolve application issues, troubleshoot software processes, and ensure their ERP systems are running smoothly and effectively. Whether you’re logging tickets or supporting full system upgrades, you’ll be at the heart of mission-critical ERP operations.
🔍 Key Responsibilities
1. Serve as the first point of contact for ERP software support queries.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve software and process-related issues.
3. Maintain detailed documentation of support cases and resolutions.
4. Liaise directly with clients to understand business processes and system needs.
5. Support wider project activities, including upgrades, installations, and training delivery as your experience grows.
✅ What You’ll Need to Succeed
Essential:
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Excellent verbal and written communication.
8. Proven ability to prioritise and manage multiple support tickets.
9. Degree in IT, Business IT, or a related subject.
10. General IT knowledge – Windows environments, remote desktop, Microsoft Office, etc.
11. Willingness to learn and take initiative.
12. Ability to perform well under pressure and in a team environment.
Desirable:
13. Experience with ERP/business software such as Priority, SAP, Dynamics, Sage, NetSuite, Epicor, etc.
14. Knowledge of business processes like Sales, Purchasing, Manufacturing, MRP, Financials or Stock.
15. SQL/database knowledge.
16. Previous application support experience.
