Overview
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Recruitment Resourcer to join our team. This role is essential in supporting our recruitment efforts by sourcing, engaging, and managing candidates throughout the hiring process. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a keen understanding of human resources practices, with experience in various applicant tracking systems (ATS) and relationship management.
Responsibilities
* Conduct lead generation activities to identify potential candidates across various platforms, including social media and professional networks.
* Utilise ATS tools such as Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, and Salesforce to manage candidate pipelines efficiently.
* Engage with candidates through effective communication strategies to build relationships and enhance the candidate experience.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
* Maintain accurate records within HRIS systems to ensure compliance and data integrity.
* Assist in the development of job descriptions and postings that attract top talent.
* Monitor social media channels for potential candidates and promote job openings effectively.
* Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and metrics to relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in recruitment or human resources, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
* Familiarity with lead generation techniques and tools for sourcing candidates.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
* Experience using ATS platforms such as Workday, Taleo, or PeopleSoft is highly desirable.
* Proficient in relationship management and able to foster strong connections with candidates and colleagues alike.
* Knowledge of social media management for recruitment purposes is advantageous.
