Location: Luton (2/3 days per week)
Employment Type: Contract

Overview:
I am seeking an experienced Integration Lead / Architect to join our dynamic technology team. With over 30 systems across the business, we’re looking for someone who can take the lead in designing integration strategies that ensure seamless data and process flows across our ecosystem.
This role is not purely Oracle-focused (although the right candidate will be familiar with Oracle suite) – it’s about broader integration architecture across diverse platforms. You'll work closely with our Solution Architect to design robust, scalable integrations, then hand over to development teams for implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design of integration solutions across 30+ enterprise systems
• Work closely with the Solution Architect to align integration approaches with business and technical strategy
• Engage stakeholders across various business units, translating complex technical concepts into clear business-friendly language
• Design and optimise data models and integration patterns for maximum efficiency
• Define and document integration specifications and interface contracts
• Support development teams during build and implementation
• Ensure integration solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with best practices
• Take ownership of cross-system communication, ensuring alignment on integration priorities
Key Skills & Experience:
• Proven experience designing integrations across 10+ systems in complex enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of data modelling and best practices for integration
• Excellent communication skills – able to clearly lead conversations with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Hands-on experience with Azure integration tools (Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, etc.)
• Strong understanding of integrating with core systems, bespoke solutions (e.g., pricing), and industry-standard products
• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion, Simphony, and Opera – especially around supply chain – is a nice to have
• Background in building scalable, secure, and efficient integrations in cloud environments
Top candidates will demonstrate:
• A track record of delivering integration designs across large, complex environments
• Strong leadership in data model discussions, bridging the gap between IT and the business
• Solid understanding or experience in the Oracle ecosystem, particularly with Fusion and supply chain-related modules
