Are you an experienced Litigation Solicitor looking to take the next step in your career? This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established law firm with a strong presence across Lincolnshire and the East Midlands. The successful candidate will manage their own caseload of high-quality matters while working closely with the Head of Commercial Litigation on complex and high-value disputes.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle a varied Commercial Litigation caseload, including breach of contract, contentious probate, and landlord & tenant disputes
* Attend County Court hearings and High Court interlocutory hearings
* Draft pleadings, statements of case, defences, court forms and documentation
* Prepare disclosure lists and witness statements
* Actively build and nurture relationships within the local business community
* Support wider team activities and contribute to the department's continued growth
Requirements
* Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years PQE in Commercial Litigation
* Proven track record managing a mixed litigation caseload independently
* Strong advocacy skills and experience attending court
