Salary: £25,500 £26,900 per annum
Additional Earnings: £3,000 £9,000 per year from sleep-ins
Hours: 08:0022:00, 39 hours per week (long day shifts plus sleep-ins)
Contract: Full-time, temporary with the opportunity to become permanent
Driving Licence: Full UK Driving Licence requiredAbout the Role
We are recruiting full-time Childrens Residential Support Workers to join residential homes across the Rotherham area. You will be supporting children and young people with severe learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs within a safe, structured, and family-style environment.

No Experience Needed
Previous experience isnt essential. Full training and support is provided, including:

Key Responsibilities
* Provide a safe, caring, and supportive home environment

* Support with household tasks to maintain a clean and welcoming home

Requirements
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Caring, patient, and resilient approach
* Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
* Flexibility to work shifts, including sleep-ins
* Ability to build professional and supportive relationships with young people
* Makaton or BSL skills are desirable but not essential
