We're seeking a senior learning design consultant to join our team and support the development of impactful, innovative solutions for our learners.
This role involves designing and curating content for our Audit program, leveraging the latest learning design theory, tools, and technology. You'll work closely with our authoring team, subject matter experts, and technical specialists to ensure that our solutions meet the needs of our Stream and deliver clear business outcomes.
As a senior design consultant, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, coaching wider L&D team members on our tools and technology, and bringing the latest thinking and innovation to our business.
You'll have a strong background in program development, content design, or a related field, with experience in adapting in-person learning to digital environments. You'll also have expertise in video production, including filming and editing, as well as experience creating engaging eLearning content using Articulate Storyline and Rise.

Key Responsibilities:
* Design and develop programmatic content leveraging the latest learning design theory, tools, and technology
* Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including content SMEs and subject matter experts
* Cook wide L&D team members on our tools and technology
* Develop and review engaging digital learning content using available tools and technology
* Collaborate with the authoring team, technical specialists, and subject matter experts to ensure high-quality, commercially viable learning solutions
Required Skills and Experience:
* Background in program development, content design, or a related field
* Experience in adapting in-person learning to digital environments
* Expertise in video production, including filming and editing
* Experience creating engaging eLearning content using Articulate Storyline and Rise
* Familiarity with the Adobe Creative Cloud suite or similar
* Strong project management skills and ability to manage own time and projects
