Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Production Operatives to join the team at Rittal CSM, a leading manufacturing company based at Broadley Park Industrial Park, Roborough, Plymouth. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure long-term work with the potential to go permanent.
About the Role:
As a Production Operative, you'll be involved in various assembly tasks, including packing IT enclosures for dispatch. This is a hands-on role that requires:
Use of manual and powered hand tools.
Manual lifting and standing for extended periods.
Working in a fast-paced environment, meeting production targets and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble and pack IT enclosures as part of a team.
Perform visual inspections of parts to ensure quality standards.
Follow established procedures and health & safety guidelines.
Meet production targets within set timeframes.
What We're Looking For:
High attention to detail.
Ability to follow clear instructions and processes.
Team player with a methodical and practical approach.
Positive attitude towards health and safety.
Good level of English to understand work instructions.
Shifts & Pay Rates:
1st Shift: Mon-Fri | 7am - 3pm | £12.39 per hour.
2nd Shift: Mon-Fri | 3pm - 11pm | £15.49 per hour.
3rd Shift (Nights): Sun-Thurs | 11pm - 7am | £16.52 per hour.
