Key purposes of the role include: • Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons in accordance with the curriculum and students' needs. • Assess, record, and report on the progress and development of students. • Create a stimulating and safe classroom environment conducive to learning. • Manage student behaviour effectively in line with school policies. • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives. • Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about student progress and concerns. • Participate in professional development and training activities. • Support extracurricular activities and school events as required. • Uphold school policies, safeguarding practices, and promote equal opportunities.
