Our client, a rapidly expanding fintech / finance broakerage is seeking a well experienced and organised professional with a sharp eye for detail and a natural drive and passion to support senior leadership. In this pivotal role, you'll work closely with our Executive Chairman and other individuals of the Executive Team ensuring seamless coordination and administrative excellence in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will be able to grow intpo the full role whoch would also include elements of HR, event management, creating presentations and spreadsheets (intermediate PowerPoint and Excel is a must have) and being pivotal for the CEO to exceed his objectives. The firm offers a supportive, growth-oriented workplace where your contribution is valued and your development encouraged. Position: Executive Administrative Manager (EA to CEO inc. HR / Events / Admin) Reporting to: CEO / Executive Chairman Location: Solihull HQ Employment Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Key Responsibilities 1. EA Support (70%) 1:1 (CEO) / 1:2 (CEO / CCO) Diary & Calendar Management : Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and engagements for the Executive Chairman. Travel Planning : Organise complex travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries. Administrative Support : Deliver comprehensive support to the Executive Chairman and broader Executive Team, ensuring tasks are completed promptly and professionally. Meeting Management : Prepare agendas, record meeting minutes, and track action points to ensure follow-up and accountability. 2. Secretariat Duties Action Tracking : Represent the Executive Chairman in ensuring follow-up on executive actions and alignment with strategic priorities. Team Coordination : Confidently liaise with the Executive Team to drive accountability and ensure key deliverables are met. 3. HR & Operational Support Payroll Oversight : Manage payroll processing to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Expense Reporting : Handle expense submissions and approvals in line with company policy. Recruitment Support : Coordinate hiring activities, including scheduling interviews, managing candidate communications, and supporting onboarding processes. 4. Reporting & Presentation Preparation Reporting : Compile and deliver high-quality reports for leadership and board meetings, integrating data from multiple sources. Presentation Pack Creation : Experience in create meeting packs / board packs using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint with design elements using 3rd party templates / help if required. Data Analysis : Evaluate key business data to provide insights that support informed executive decision-making. Ideal Candidate Profile Proven experience supporting C-level executives or senior leadership. Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Confidence and professionalism in holding others accountable. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure with discretion and integrity. Hybrid - Well suited to someone who can be in office 3/4 of the week ideally to match the CEO or EXCO / board meetings. Compensation Salary negotiable upto £45,000.00 plus package including discretionary yearly bonus, 8% pension, 36 days holiday (inclusive of UK bank holidays), Life insurance and Health insurance.
