A well-established regional law firm is seeking a Commercial Property Paralegal to join its property team.
This role provides an excellent opportunity to support fee earners on a wide range of commercial property matters while gaining hands-on experience in transactional work. You will assist with progressing files, preparing documentation and ensuring matters run smoothly from instruction to completion.
Key responsibilities:
* Assisting with commercial property transactions, including leases, acquisitions and disposals
* Preparing and reviewing legal documents and reports
* Conducting title checks and due diligence
* Liaising with clients and third parties under supervision
* Supporting file management and post-completion tasks
Key requirements:
* Previous experience as a paralegal or legal assistant, or strong interest in commercial property
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Strong communication skills and professional approach
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
