Your Opportunity
We’re looking for a curious and entrepreneurial ProductManager to lead on transforming a successful WiFi and connectivity trialinto a polished, scalable solution to be rolled out across all our parks in2026. This is a chance to be part of an exciting and rewarding project thatwill enable our digital products and services to work across our parks andcreate an experience that delights our guests, owners, and teams while drivingboth NPS and revenue.
Working as part of our Digital Product team, you’ll own theend-to-end journey – from installation to sales, through to support. You’llcollaborate closely with stakeholders across Digital, Operations, andTechnology, ensuring we deliver a product that’s robust, guest-centred, andcommercially impactful.
What you’ll be doing
* Create,deliver, and manage digital products that support our business objectivesand delight our guests.
* Leadthe product roadmap for WiFi & Connectivity within our Tribestructure.
* Overseeproduct discovery, including user research, analytics, market insights,and experimentation.
* Manageend-to-end product development – from user stories to testing andgo-to-market.
* Collaboratewith cross-functional teams including UX, engineering, operations, andcontact centre.
* Ensurecompliance, user safety, and alignment with brand strategy and guidelines.
* Leadthe roll-out of WiFi and connectivity solutions across multi-siteoperations.
* Usedata to track performance, measure outcomes, and optimise future delivery.
* Championinnovation, experimentation, and continuous learning.
* Keepguests and owners at the heart of every decision.
What we’d like you to bring
* Provenexperience rolling out guest-facing products at scale, ideally acrossmulti-site businesses.
* Strongbackground in product management within high-traffic B2C or digitalenvironments.
* Knowledgeof UX design, agile frameworks, and product methodologies.
* Experienceworking within technology, telecoms, or hardware/software products.
* Commercialacumen with a focus on both NPS and revenue growth.
* Excellentcommunication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
* Abilityto think differently, solve problems creatively, and challenge the statusquo.
* Willingnessto travel regularly across the UK.
