About The Role
As a Service Advisor, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. Acting as the link between our customers and the workshop, you’ll build trusted relationships, manage expectations and ensure every customer feels valued throughout their journey with us.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
* Managing customer bookings and service requirements
* Keeping customers updated throughout their motorcycle’s service or repair
* Identifying opportunities to upsell additional products and services
* Following up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction
About You
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll Ideally Have
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role (essential)
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Strong organisation and the ability to manage multiple tasks
* A proactive approach and the ability to meet targets
Experience as a Service Advisor is beneficial but not essential—we’ll provide the training and support you need to succeed.
